Triax (Beijing) Multimedia Co., Ltd is an exclusively foreign owned enterprise. Triax A/S based in Danmark which is an internationally operating company with core competence in two separate business areas: antenna systems and cabinets. Triax is a leading European supplier of complete solutions for the reception and distribution of satellite and terrestrial radio and television signals.
Position: Sourcing Supervisor Mainly in charge of electronic components, injection plastic parts and metal parts
Responsibilities:
- Search and evaluate the supplier, and improve the management system for supplier.
- New product development: Based on the drawing or sample attached with RFQ provided from DK, choose the proper supplier, and evaluate whether part price is reasonable.
- Direct supplier to make sample, and track and supervise the sample schedule.
- Offer the solution, and assist supplier to settle the quality problem.
- Communicate accurately with Danish colleague for incoming quality issue.
- Committed the cost-down. ?
- Electronic components: SMT PCBs, relay, capacity, inductor, potentiometer, transformer, connector and cables etc; all these must be matched with RoHS.
- Injection Plastic Parts: sourcing for qualified injection factory and moulding factory. Develop the injection mould according to the specification, measure the samples and sealed the samples as reference. Very familiar with the processing of injection moulding and producing.
- Developed some metal stamping/punching, die casting, plating and MIM factory.

Job Performance:
- Create and Organize the Procurement Department;
- Setup and standardize the workflow and efficiency of the department;
- Saving the purchasing cost of the company sustainablely through optimizing resources, introducing new suppliers and alternative brands etc;

Reporting to: General Manager in China and Procurement Manager in Danmark
